Anne of Green Gables
Anne of Green Gables – So many are familiar with this classic novel from L.W. Montgomery where a talkative, imaginative orphan girl mistakenly ends up in the home of an elderly brother and sister who wanted a boy to help with the farm. What starts out seemingly “tragical” turns into a heartwarming story as the Cuthberts decide to keep Anne and they all grow together. Some have seen the PBS version of this story. But, have you seen it as a musical with a spiritual twist? RoleModel Studios produced this DVD of the Spiritual Twist Production based on live performances in February, 2005 by some talented young people (ages 7 to 15). It’s not Hollywood, but rather wholesome theatre that will make you laugh and maybe even cry a little.

Through the Looking Glass
Through the Looking Glass – Lewis Carroll’s classic story was turned into “Alice in Wonderland” by Disney. But, take the original story, add some music, and a spiritual twist - the characters and scenes used to illustrate the entire book of James – and you have something very different. Instead of pure folly, you get the wisdom of God. RoleModel Studios produced this DVD of the Spiritual Twist Production based on live performances in March, 2005 by some talented young people (ages 7 to 15). The acting is better than you’d expect from such a group of young people and the play will bring the book of James to life in a way you might not otherwise appreciate.

Les Miserables: A Story of Grace
Broadway has provided an amazing adaptation of the novel by Victor Hugo about an ex-convict during the years of the French Revolution who had been changed yet still haunted by his past… but it’s missing something. The original novel brought out the amazing grace of God, and this adaptation with a spiritual twist will bring it out even more. RoleModel Studios produced this DVD of the Spiritual Twist Production based on live performances in April, 2005 by some very talented young people (ages 13 and up). The talent is surprisingly good - surprising, only, if you’ve never seen this group perform. Forget Broadway and choose the Narrow Way!

The Snow Queen
Hans Christian Andersen fans may be familiar with his novel, “The Snow Queen”. Tori Summers took this fantastic story, added music, and a spiritual twist - the characters and scenes used to illustrate the entire books of 1 & 1 Peter - to create a wonderful tale of faithfulness, perseverance, and inheritance. It will inspire and challenge you to ask God for the faith of a child, so that you might truly know your life to be hidden in Christ, and that a love much greater than any challenge you may face is calling you home. RoleModel Studios produced this DVD of the Spiritual Twist Production based on live performances in May, 2005 by some talented young people (ages 8 to 15). Watch it through the eyes of a child!

Esther: Chosen for Such a Time as This
Broadway took the story of Joseph and turned it into a musical, while coming far short of honoring its Author. This musical based the Old Testament book of “Esther” does not miss that mark. The tale of this all-too-obscure book is told in drama, dance, and song. RoleModel Studios will be producing this DVD of the Spiritual Twist Production to be performed live in July, 2005 by some very talented young people (ages 13 and up). Forget Broadway and choose the Narrow Way!
