Rome 303 AD. The Romans want power and glory, they want to find "a way" to rule the world and are willing to kill every last Christian in order to do so. The Christians believe they have found "The Way;" the way to peace, joy, love, and salvation... in Jesus Christ. They will risk their lives in order to serve and worship Him. Between these two factions, stands a starving and very cynical young actor named Genesius. Along with a ragtag troupe of entertainers, he seeks "the way" to fame, fortune, and success.
